No more than 2 dogs max, $100 pet fee per pet - to be collected after the booking is confirmed.

Joshua’s place was perfect. Beautiful location with the beach a minute walk away. Incredible sunrises seen from the living room, terrace and bedroom. The house was clean, well-equipped and warm and cosy. The kitchen was especially appreciated because we mainly cooked from home and we had everything you could ask for. Josh’s place really is magnificent - ticked every box and more, and we’d love to return when we next visit the US. Thank you for your hospitality Josh.

We have enjoyed our stay very much, the location, cleanliness, parking, amenities all met our expectations. Joshua was very responsive and provided great suggestions. The only downside to our experience was the construction next door, the workers started their day very early around 7am, so were not able to stay in bed in the morning. Other than that we have enjoyed our time in town and the beautiful sunsets from the side porch.

We had a wonderful time at Joshua's place. The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere, and were on the beach in a few mins. He provided everything we needed, was very responsive when I asked for recommendations and was very accommodating about our leaving. We loved sitting on the side porch for coffee in the morning and having the ocean breeze. In the evening we would have drinks out there also. It was the best stay. I highly recommend this place.
