The Little Pink House is perfect ! Comfy bedding linens and towels make you feel so cozy. So restful after exploring! Plenty of light and seating areas , inside and out, easy to chat , read or take in the warm sun. Lovely, truly lovely. If the cottage wasn’t good enough , the location sends it over the moon! Walk to the historic district, stroll along the water …. And this time of year the Night of Lights ! Exceptional to see the history of St. Augustine, and easy to make your way to the beaches. We couldn’t have dreamed for better! Thank you Joshua and Jared. You made it very hard to leave !

We had a very pleasant stay at this St. Augustine Airbnb. The home was clean, cozy, and in a great location, close to historic attractions, restaurants, and the beach, which made getting around easy. Joshua is a great host—very kind, responsive, and accommodating—and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. There are just a few small touches that could make the experience even nicer, such as refreshing the sofa and pillows for added comfort, adding light curtains to the side kitchen windows for extra privacy, installing a light near the guest parking area for better visibility in the evening, possibly adding a lock to the entry fence for added security, and checking the bathroom window, which seemed like it might need a little attention. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Augustine. We appreciate Joshua’s hospitality and would be happy to stay again.

Love the location. Great walking distance. Not too far but also not too close and was still very private and quite. Amazing local business just down the street. Very clean. Parking situation may be a challenge for some if you are not used to smaller streets and have a bigger sized car. Would definitely come back!

10 out of 5 stars! We debated between hotels and picked this on a whim and beyond happy we did! A place that immediately feels like home when you walk in. It’s meant to make you feel that way and still be within walking distance of downtown and the best attractions. We got there and the neighbors said a friendly hello as we sat outside and enjoyed the rest of the evening on the welcoming and super sweet set up! The mattress too is by far better than anything you’ll find in a hotel. I told my partner I hate writing this and giving away all the goodies to this spot, but it is well deserved and we will absolutely be back for our next weekend getaway… to this exact location. Thank you Josh and for making the Little Pink House feel like we made one of the best choices of the weekend in what could be rather stressful.
