Everything was wonderful :) had everything we needed! Loved the coffee and tea provided :) the outdoor tubs were perfect for cooling off in the day or warming up at night :)

Cute place about 20minute walk from main st Augustine attractions. Perfect space for two people to stay, however outside furniture did have mold/dirt/pollen layer making it challenging to enjoy outside area. Hosts were very flexible with check in /checkout times which was much appreciated.

I stayed here for my birthday with my girlfriend, and it felt like stepping into our own little world. The Little Pink House has this quiet, timeless atmosphere that makes everything slow down in the best way. Nights on the patio with soft lights and a glass in hand felt almost unreal. We watched the sunset at Sunset Grille, had a cozy morning at PK’s Roosevelt Room, wandered through St. Augustine’s charming shops, and found hidden gems like The Tipsy Duck Parlor and Second Read Books. Every moment felt dreamlike. The space gave us peace, comfort, and a deeper connection I can’t fully put into words. From Italian jazz playing softly to a rainy day with movies and Southern Grounds, everything felt intentional. The room itself felt warm and intimate, with soft tones, gentle light, and a calm that stayed with us. Joshua and Jared were amazing quick, thoughtful, and truly created a place for memories like this. Thank you.

The place was cozy and did the trick for a quick week in St Augustine. We had a great time with the pup. It's in walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, museums, etc. and only a short drive to either Vilano Beach or St Augustine Beach. Spent a few rainy nights listening to the pattering on the metal roof and felt right at home. Has space for 2 cars and very easy to find!
