Pool is available to be heated. We charge $40/day or $200/week to help cover the heating expenses.

I came here with a group of 11 and the house was amazing!! We all slept very comfortably and had extra beds even. The house is in very good shape and is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood but is a short drive or a longer walk to downtown where there is lots to do. The pool heating was great since it was low 60s and windy and Jared was responsive and helped us make sure we had everything we needed. I would 100% stay here again!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The home was perfect for us and could not have been a better setup for a golf weekend. The garage game area was outstanding — the ping pong table, darts, and poker setup gave us a great place to gather in the evenings. The pool was a great bonus, and the kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax together. The beds were very comfortable, which made a big difference after long days on the course. The hosts were extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions. Everything about the stay felt easy and seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others looking for a clean, well-equipped, and relaxing place to stay.

We visited this beautiful house with four adults and six students traveling for a small field trip to beautiful St. Augustine. Highly recommend! It is literally exactly like the listing describes it! Spacious. Very clean. Nice linens. Heated pool and game room for the kiddoes. Well-stocked kitchen. Loved the location - out of the hustle and bustle of town-center but 10 minutes from EVERYTHING. And the view of the lighthouse and seeing birds come and go in the green area in front of the house made it extra special. And the host was kind and helpful and responded very quickly! Book the house! You’ll be glad you did!!

The layout of the house was perfect for our group- 7 adults and 4 young kids. The house was clean and well maintained. Ample parking for our 3 cars. Would definitely stay again.
