We really enjoyed staying at Jared’s place. We absolutely loved the location and the views of the lighthouse for sunrise. My boys also loved the game room and heated pool. The host was excellent to communicate with and the beds were also very comfortable. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the ramp and elevator. The soap in the shower was also very nice. Highly recommend this place.

The home was accommodating for our entire family of 10. The home was close to everything that we needed only 2 miles from the center square of St Augustine . We had a busy schedule as we were attending a wedding, however, if we had time we would have been able to use all the amenities available to us at the home; pool, putt putt golf, game room. The only negative thing I can say, for me the bed with too soft, but everyone else in the group seem to be just fine.

Jared’s place was perfect for our large family. We had 11 adults and 3 children (11, 1, and 5 months). The only thing we ran into was needing gates to block off the stairs for our mobile toddler. Otherwise, the house was clean and convenient. The outside area was lovely to hang out in. Close to a few beach access options, short drive over the bridge into town. I would stay here again if we make it back down to St. Augustine.

We had such a great experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. The host was very responsive and welcoming, making check-in and check-out super easy. We had four couples staying here for a week and the pool was definitely the highlight of the house. We paid extra to have it heated and we used it at least 4 hours every day; it was soooo warm, crystal clear and relaxing with a great view of the St. Augustine lighthouse. The game room was fun, but it could use some updates and new equipment. The house is quirky (i.e. bedrooms with no closets, bedrooms with no access to a bath/shower without using the Master bedroom's shower), but the elevator was a plus. The beds and main sofa are getting close to their end of life, but they were acceptable. It's not walking distance to anything, but everything in or near St. Augustine is just a short drive away.

We had a very enjoyable stay! My family all had their own rooms with bathrooms, making it nice for everyone to enjoy their vacation! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need! Me and my group had an incredible time staying here. From the pool, ping pong table, to the poker table there were more than enough things to keep us entertained throughout our stay. The host was very polite and responded quickly even accommodating our early check in on late notice, as well as being understanding when our truck battery died on the final day. I’d recommend this awesome place to anyone or any group looking to have some fun in st Augustine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and would definitely stay here again! We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday with friends and family and the place had so many activities to keep us entertained. The air conditioned garage/game room was awesome and it even has a karaoke machine which I didn't remember seeing in the description, but certainly got used quite a bit by a group of people that don't do karaoke lol. The property is in a very secluded area which was exactly what we were looking for. The views of the lighthouse and nature preserve, which are basically right across the street, accentuated the peace and quiet we were looking for. We live close by in Jacksonville, so we didn't need to do any sightseeing or exploring, but it's very close to downtown and the amphitheater. Most importantly, Josh and Jared were great hosts! They're very responsive and eager to please. The house was very clean and the layout is really cool. We would highly recommend this place! Thanks again!

We had a large multi generational family vacation. The house was large enough to easily accommodate us and we never felt crowded. There was plenty for the kids to do between the pool, game room, and putting green. The location was close to both the beach and historic downtown making it easy and quick to get to the places we wanted to go. The house is well appointed and Jared was always responsive to questions. The house was super nice , great floor plan and all the rooms were a nice size plenty of room for a very large gathering . It was laid out very well also. Plenty of privacy and we all were not on top of each other . Jared was on top of everything and very attentive and also very eager to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed and wanted . We have already talked about using this amazing home again, Great pool and game room incredible view and balconies on all 3 floor front and back. This place is fantastic. This was one of our top 2 favorite stays so far. The home far exceeded our expectations, and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person with the most amazing view. Everything in the kitchen you could need as we cooked several meals here. Very nice beach chairs to use. Decks everywhere! Front and back of home with patio furniture on each one. Perfect sized pool for a family of 12. When it’s raining or it’s later in the evening fun they have converted the garage into the dream hangout space for adults and teens. Need to also give props to whoever has decorated this home as well. It’s absolutely stunning. Communication was so fast as we only had one issue with the elevator during our stay, and it was immediately resolved. If you are a big review reader like me, trust me and book this place. Only slight downside is that it’s a 20 minute walk to restaurants and the bars. We did have to Uber some. Lighthouse view 🥰

the property location was great with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and large variety of birds that could be observed - the sunrise and sunset were picture perfect. The rooms were laid out really well to maximize the amount of people staying with us. The pool was the perfect size and temperature as well and made a huge difference to the comfort of our stay (we used it ALOT) as it was very hot each day... The elevator was a great feature, but definitely took some getting used to with functioning it. All in all, we had a fantastic visit to St Augustine for our daughter's wedding and the family gave it a 5 star rating !

We had an amazing trip to Jared’s place! 14 of us were all able to fit comfortably and have an amazing spring break together!! The house was BEAUTIFUL!! So many little gems like LED art in the living room and much more. It was close to the downtown shops making ubering cheap!! We were even able to Uber to the beach as well for around $5 a person. The neighbors were SO fun and had amazing friendly animals, the views from this house are insane. I would recommend adding the scenery images to the listing, we had no clue there was a lighthouse right outside it was BEAUTIFUL. We came during peak native bird season and saw flamingos flying over us which made it even more special. Besides the pool and beach trips this house was perfect for hangouts in the garage. I will 100% recommend this house to anyone traveling in groups.

Staying at Jared and Josh’s place was a dream! We had a group of 14 that fit very well in the place. Awesome house for kids with so many fun game options. It was a cold weekend, but with the pool heated, we were in it all day! We had an issue with the WiFi shutting off, so Jared drove to the house when we were sight seeing and fixed it himself. Very communicative and helpful!

The location is brilliant. 5 minutes from Anastasia State Park, which has good kayak/canoe rentals for fishing or just boating and a lovely beach. 10 minutes to other beaches and downtown St.Augustine. The views were spectacular! Felt like we were sort of in the middle of nowhere but then loads of things to do around us. The house itself was awesome. So much space and really cool spaces. Super comfy linens and towels, lots of amenities, extra garbage bags, toilet paper, shower supplies etc. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. Really nice to have the elevator. Jared and Josh had fresh darts and ping pong paddles and balls delivered while we were there. I would definitely go back. We actually stayed an extra night we had such a lovely time. Super responsive hosts. Thanks guys!

The house was perfect for a large family vacation. We had 4 generations come together to celebrate our grandmother’s 90th birthday and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. The home is beautiful, large enough for everyone to have their own space and very accommodating for everyone’s needs. Fully stocked-we were able to cook and eat at home and anything you could need was there. We had such a wonderful time and hope to be back-beautiful memories were made! Amazing Air B&B rental. We brought our family of 9 (4 generations!) together for a getaway and this home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everyone loved their individual bedroom and the entertainment area on the first level was perfect for the adult kids to hang out after hours for karaoke and games with no noise for others sleeping. Watched the beautiful sunrise every morning from the second floor patio with the scenic view of the lagoon, trees and birds making this so tranquil. The pool has a beautiful seating and entertaining area perfect for group cocktails or dining. Oh yeah, swimming too :) Jared and Joshua were gracious and responsive and have provided an excellent "compound" for family get togethers. Highly recommend!
