We had a wonderful stay at Joshua’s place. As a family of 14, the two houses worked out fantastic with everyone having their own spaces. The location could not have been better and our grandchildren had a great time in the pool, game room, and watching TV outdoors from the pool was a big deal. Very walkable to see the sites of St Augustine. Having amble off street parking was a huge benefit. Joshua and Jared were both great hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend their place to anyone traveling with a big group wanting to explore and enjoy the area but also have some relaxing time in the beautiful backyard and pool area.

We can’t recommend this home stay enough. The kitchen was an absolute dream to cook in for our family with every utensil you could wish for. We also really appreciated how responsive Joshua was, even with small requests or questions. Also a huge bonus is that the beds are super comfy. Say hi to the chickens for us!!

This property was perfect for my sister's bachelorette trip! All of us girls fit between the two houses, and we especially enjoyed the amazing pool, patio and porches. Great location to walk to/from downtown St. Augustine within ~10 mins. Hosts were very communicative!

Hosted a small business retreat here with 9 moms and we LOVED it. The mini stage in the backyard was great to give talks on. Everything was cozy, very clean, and decorated so well. And we very much enjoyed the two chickens walking around - they were such a joy! We were able to walk everywhere and that was so nice not to have to get ubers for everything. We will definitely be back!
