We all fit very comfortably, and the pool was a great bonus that everyone enjoyed. Our recent stay at Cityside Sanctuary was everything the name implies! Between the two houses and the amazing outdoor space, the nine of us had everything we needed to make our time there special. The houses were spacious and allowed everyone to spread out and rest comfortably. The outdoor pavilion and pool were our favorite spots - perfect for gathering, relaxing, lounging, and enjoying the gorgeous weather. The houses were a convenient walk to Historic St. Augustine. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet with easy access to everything we needed - groceries, seafood market, restaurants, and sightseeing. It was private and safe. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend Cityside Sanctuary for your next AIRBNB stay!

We rented this property, as well, as the other connected for us and our bridal party for our wedding. It was just perfect! Our friends had so so much fun and the entire property being so open with so much outdoor seating made it easy to hang out with each other. The pool was also a big bonus for our group with the groomsmen hanging out in the pool wedding morning before going to the venue.

The homes are perfect, the decor is very well thought out and the outside area will keep you entertained. We definitely enjoyed the pool and lounge area, you will to. The area is close to all the main attractions and the area the home is at is a very quiet area…great to take strolls in. The homes are what St. Augustine is all about, the vibe and historical aspect give you the full experience. Book it, you won’t regret it.

We had a great vacation here! There was plenty of room for our whole extended family and the houses were even nicer in person than in the photos! The pool was amazing, it was great to have the two areas one for bigger kids and one for the younger ones still learning to swim. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the weather and was very comfortable. The location was amazing, we were able to walk to most of the things we did in the area which was so wonderful. We would highly recommend Joshua’s place to anyone looking for a St. Augustine vacation!
