I wish I could give this place 10 stars. First off Josh is an amazing host. All questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Now to the good stuff…..we took our adult kids to enjoy a few days out of the New York cold. We felt like we were at a resort. Pristine. Pristine. Pristine. The homes were immaculate. The beds super comfortable. Very well equipped kitchens. The decor makes you feel right at home, so comfortable and serene. The heated pool was amazing!! The pavilion was a great space to chill out together. My favorite place was sitting on the rocking chair porch, drinking coffee and talking. You CAN NOT beat the location. Quick walk and your in the historical downtown of St. Augustine. We are already planning our trip for next year. Thank you all for offering such an amazing place!!

A wonderful stay in St. Augustine. The houses are in a perfect location, on a quiet street, yet within easy walking distance of the city center. The houses were very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Joshua responded to messages incredibly quickly and was very helpful, providing tips on local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow wow wow. Amazing property, amazing home amazing host. 10 Of us came to St Augustine for the holiday lights. I found this house and it was perfect. It is better than the photos and description. All 10 of us were so impressed. Temperature is cold this time of year so really enjoying the outdoors especially in the rain was a challenge. Shame because it is absolutely spectacular. 1st night we all watched football and movies under the outside Lanai/Tiki with a big screen TV. 10 of us were super comfortable this weekend. 10 adults taking up 5 bedrooms and 0 issues. We all want to come back and spend more time at the property. As for the host(s) super friendly, rapid responses, accommodating and always willing g to help and give suggestions. I HIGHLY recommend this for your next St Augustine stay. oh, 12 minute walk to St George Street. Totally central. Thanks Josh and Jared. 5 ++++++ stars

We were four couples and this property, featuring two immaculate homes on one lot, was perfect. Both homes are in excellent condition, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The updated bathrooms with colossal, walk-in showers were a highlight! The property amenities are fantastic: pool, spa, game room, and a huge covered outdoor living room. It’s set up well for adults and families (even with two friendly chickens!). And it's only three blocks from the Castillo and St George St, so you won't need your car at all once you arrive. Joshua was a consummate host—super responsive and a wealth of information on local dining/activities. We give this our highest recommendation and will absolutely stay here again!

Great place for a large group. The property is beautiful and a great set up with the outdoor entertaining/hang out area. Perfect location, very close/walkable to downtown and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful property and very clean. Great privacy considering the location, and a quick and easy walk to downtown. Plenty of off road parking and the chickens were a very entertaining bonus.
