7 bedrooms shared between two houses, all on one beautiful property. The 'White House' has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The 'Pink House' has 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom and separate upstairs space with one full bedroom and one full bathroom.

September 2026This was one of the best places I’ve stayed on vacation! There were 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids) total and Joshua’s place was perfect for us. We loved the attention to detail and really enjoyed everything the house had to offer.

September 2026I can’t say enough good things about this home. We had an extended family vacation (ages 1-71 years old) and EVERYONE was happy here! The houses were clean and decorated beautifully, bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen(s) had plenty of silverware/plates/cups, and pool was a huge hit. Walking distance to historic downtown area, multiple ice cream shops, and a short drive (7-8min) to the beach. I have already recommended staying here to a group of friends. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

September 2026This is such a beautiful and unique property. Definitely worth the booking to accommodate large gatherings. Plenty of space for 15 people. The space was clean and in a great location. Very small things were amiss, like a broken tong on the kitchen utensils, or a soap pump not working. But overall, nothing to be upset about at all. Normal wear and tear. We had a blast! Although we have a suspicion there’s a ghost in the pink house! Would book again!

August 2026We were visiting with 4 generations of my family. Not a wild bunch at all. But as life is, we had an accidental break while attempting to play volleyball. I notified Joshua immediately and he could not have been any more understanding. This happened our first morning and he truly helped me relax without worry for the rest of our stay! Would absolutely recommend.
