7 bedrooms shared between two houses, all on one beautiful property. The 'White House' has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The 'Pink House' has 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom and separate upstairs space with one full bedroom and one full bathroom.

July 2026Every year my four siblings and all of their kids get together with my family in a new town in the south. This year was by far the best. Joshua and Jared’s place was an oasis with plenty of peace and space for all of us. My sisters with older children shared the pink house which was super cute and comfy, with just enough space to keep them from being overwhelmed by the rest of us with noisy, early-rising littles. Both houses had their own set of essential amenities that make our stay comfortable and convenient. Plus, fireside chat spaces for each and porches. We shared one really big pool that was a blast for all of us to play—we said it was like a pirate ship and had the best time battling. The White House was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. We only had one issue finding out how to turn on the pool lights and Jared showed up in just a couple of hours to fix it (wasn’t even dark yet, and definitely not urgent). We’ll be back. Highly recommend!

July 2026Josh and Jared were fantastic hosts! This home was the perfect place for a few families to get together and celebrate the Fourth of July. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor living area were highlights and made for a great place to relax and spend time together all weekend. The location couldn’t have been better-it’s within easy walking distance of the fort, downtown shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. We had an outstanding stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would absolutely book it again!

July 2026Stayed here for a trip with a large group of friends. The space was beautiful, comfortable and it’s in a great location. Very walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The beach was just a short drive away, too. Would definitely stay again!!

June 2026We had a wonderful experience overall. The White House appeared to have been recently updated and was very clean and inviting. The Pink House was also nice, though it felt a bit more dated and only had one downstairs bathroom, which may be a consideration for larger groups. Overall, the location was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
