Beach Getaway | Heated Pool

This house is amazing. From the layout, to the how well the kitchen was appointed, to the pool the house was better than advertised. The pics do not do it justice. The hosts were great and responsive. One of the best places we've ever stayed and we all want to come back!!!

Great home and location

We really enjoyed our stay! We have a huge family and we celebrated both of my parents birthdays with 2 other families! Everyone was comfortable and everything was clean. This house was HUGE and my children called it the “maze”! They really enjoyed reading and crawling in all the fun little nooks and relaxation spots! The pool was great to cool off in and my family really enjoyed it after a hot day. We love to cook and share meals together, and it was so nice to see a clean kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make a nice meal! We are so blessed to have this time together. Everything was as described and very close to the beach. The beach was so beautiful and we enjoyed our morning walks. Thank you to the best host for an unforgettable weekend! Can’t wait to come back!

Beach House If you are traveling with kids old or young this is a Home away from Home-with vacation amenities. Jared and Josh thank for your attention to detail-your home was a huge hit with our family!! The beach is a short walk(there are some stairs) there is also accessible public parking less than a mile. Also if you have 4 wheel drive you can drive on and park in the sand for $10 a day. The game room has a mini bar refrigerator, karaoke, ping pong and foosball. We had so much fun! The kitchen is well stoked, no need to travel with your blender/food processor or coffee pot its all covered-even a countertop ice machine. Plenty of dishes, coffee cups and flatware for a big group. Everyone in our party said the beds were comfortable- bathrooms well stocked. We spent our days on the beach, but everyone looked forward to the morning and evening swims in the saltwater pool! Definitely have the fence installed if you have non swimmers because its easy to loose track of little ones!

The house was exactly what we wanted. We especially appreciated that we had the main house and the pool house. Those who liked to stay up late enjoying tv, etc. were in the main house. Those who appreciated a quieter setting were in the pool house. That was perfect for our family which ranged from 71-year-olds to 18-month-year olds. A great house with great hosts.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this home! We made so many wonderful memories filled with laughter and quality time together. One of our favorite parts was definitely the pool we spent so much time enjoying it! We also loved that the beach was only about a 5 minute walk away, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The home was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely book this property again for another family vacation. They provided great recommendations for things to do in the area and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend to book !!

Our large family had a great stay. The outdoor shower and pool were amazing after spending time at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Prior to arrival Jared sent a long list of local recommendations. The list was very helpful and we ended up visiting many of the attractions and restaurants he mentioned.
