We loved our stay! The house was perfect for the large family trip- plenty of space for kids and adults to hang. The pool was a fun feature and the whole crew really enjoyed the garage game room space! Jared was very informative, responsive when we have questions or minor concerns, and accommodating to our needs. The location of this property was amazing- walkable to the beach or a very short drive to carry chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. The house was very well stocked- we brought our own small items like trash bags assuming we’d need them but everything seemed to be thought of as it was already there! The only thing that could be added is more/larger baking sheets since we had a large group, the same sheets took extra time to cook. Other than that, no complaints. We would certainly rebook!

Jared's Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our 5 families. Plenty of space to not feel crowded and plenty of beautiful spots around to have time to yourself. The beach is a 5 min walk, but you can also drive on the beach too. When we go back to St. Augustine, we will 100% book this home again. Perfect!

My family had a great stay in St. Augustine! The hosts were responsive before, during, and after our trip. The house was pristine and huge, large enough for our 13 adults + several littles. There were plenty of different areas to hang out, so we never felt like we were right on top of each other. The two kitchens were a help to house all of the groceries we brought and to divide up working spaces. The garage game room was great *and well-insulated*! Folks could be loud with games and karaoke without the sound bothering guests in the rest of the house. We were able to watch a movie 20 feet away in the other room without hearing noise from the garage. The net hammock was a huge hit with the kids and was well-protected with a lock at the entrance. We opted to have the hosts install the pool gate ahead of our stay and the peace of mind was worth every penny. The latch was high enough so only adults in our group could reach to open it. Overall a fantastic stay!

Jared and Josh were very responsive to our communication prior and during our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. Our family consisted of 15 folks, with 5 kids below age of 5. They had everything we needed, and we brought 1 pack-n-play for 1 of the 2 infants. Good beach chairs and toys were provided. Kitchen was generally equipped for most everything we needed, and we cooked instead of going out. Pool was perfect for our needs, and the way it is situated between the houses (mostly out of the sun) the water temperature was refreshing. We couldn't get the ice maker to work - but we kept forgetting to mention it - so I'm sure it is easily fixable. The air-conditioned garage (game room) gave those who didn't want to nap, a comfortable place for ping-pong, darts, or foosball. Beach access is ~2 blocks away, but having a 4-wheel drive truck made it much easier to transport stuff. No regrets with this booking!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were super comfortable,m. The outdoor shower and grill were great touches, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for remote work when needed. The private pool was a major highlight—crystal clear, perfect temperature, and surrounded by comfy loungers and palm trees. We spent our mornings at the beach and afternoons cooling off in the pool! Our host was incredibly responsive and gave us great local tips for restaurants and activities. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat!!

My family had a great time with your lovely home. It was exactly as the pictures shown and described. The hosts were very responsive on issues. The biggest issues I had were the pool speaker kept cutting in and out, had the handyman come out and it worked for a few hours then cut out, and then stopped working. So that should be looked at. Also a small item is the water pressure could’ve been better. And the darts were all broken. The price for week of 10K was a bit high for the place. But overall, great experiences and wonderful memories for my family. Thank you so much.

Our family had a wonderful time at this large and fun holiday home. The pictures are accurate, well stocked, and the communication, helpful with the owner quick to respond. It was easy to get in and checkout. The nearby beach is wide and has beautiful white sand and lovely water. The pool area was great for the kids with part shade and part sun, comfy chairs, and lots of beach towels and water toys. We had two babies there and it was so helpful to have a crib, porta crib, and two high chairs to use. There was plenty of room and the party room with karaoke, foosball, and ping pong was a big hit. We all went into St Augustine, about a 15 minute drive, one morning and really enjoyed the downtown, a nice addition to just hanging out at the beach and by the pool. Heating the pool was very comfortable. Would highly recommend for a lovely family gathering.

The description and pictures do not do this place justice. It is extremely spacious and very accommodating for a large group of friends and family. The place has all the requisite amenities where you wouldn't need to leave the house. If you do decide to leave, there are plenty of beach bars and other attractions to do during your stay. The host was a great communicator and was a spectacular host. I would certainly be my first choice the next time we decide to visit St. Augustine.

We stayed at Jared's place for our family vacation. The kids are all in their late teens to early 20's now, so that means more space is needed. This place was spacious for the 15 of us! We were all able to eat dinner together every night in the main area. Grandma loved having all the grandkids fit around the table with her to play games every night! The use of an extra fridge for drinks was appreciated. We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. It's beautiful! The pool wasn't like bath water! We loved this. It's probably difficult to maintain this in Florida due to the heat. We enjoyed jumping in a cool, refreshing pool! We drove down to the beach. He lug too much with us to walk it. It was a minute to two minute drive, so not an issue at all. I would recommend this home to those of you with a large group! Great experience!

This was our family’s second time staying here. The house is very spacious and there is enough room for everyone. Pool was great for the kids. House is well supplied and even has beach toys, wagon, and pool floats. Host was very responsive to a few minor issues we had. Beach is about a 5 minute walk but the best beach I have been too. Wide open and it’s almost like you are the only people there. The beach access has quite a few stairs so just be aware with little kids and wagons. Our family loves this house and could not recommend it more!

Took our family of 13 for an extended weekend beach vacation. And this house was perfect! Besides all the necessary 7 bedrooms, the common areas were perfect for our crew. Yes, all of us fit around the dining room table! It is an easy drive to St. Augustine and a short walk to the beach. Beach access could be an issue as there are several short flights of stairs to get to the beach. Could be an issue if taking a lot of stuff to the beach. But beach car access is allowed, so you could just drive on the beach with your stuff. If we come back to St. Augustine, we could try to stay in this house again.

This place was so clean and you can tell they really take care of the property. Beds were comfortable, bedding was cozy. Extra blankets everywhere! The house is actually so big- and the guest house with the skywalk is so cool our kids loved it. We have to travel with a service animal due to a disability and they were super sweet (which isn’t always the case) The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. 3 min walk to beach- close to DT St. Augustine we will def try to book again but with another family bc the house definitely can hold two families. Pool was kept clean too- included a full size crib, and pack in plays, high chair, pool toys, mini stroller beach wagon. I can’t say enough we loved it! We stayed with a few other couples to celebrate my 40th birthday In January. There was some anxiety about the trip since all the couples were leaving their kids - some for the first time. The house was PERFECT, beautiful, relaxing, close to activities and stress-free - exactly what we needed. It would have also been great for families since they had kids’ items and accessories, but worked great as an adults-only property as well. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of amenities. Jared and Joshua were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and were able to offer an early check-in and late check-out for our group. It was unseasonably cold so the pool didn’t heat quickly and they immediately refunded the pool fee for the days we couldn’t use it. The property is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and a quick drive to more restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. I hope we can return to their property again next year. We just got back from 5 nights in St. Augustine over the Christmas week. The house had such a cool beach vibe which was perfect for our large family (we traveled with 3 families plus grandparents). The house is very spacious and very clean. The house has fun extras including pool toys, beach chairs, and games. It was so close to the beach and near many wonderful restaurants and things to do. Jared and Josh were incredibly responsive. In fact, when the heater to the pool wasn’t working they came right over and fixed it even though it was Christmas morning! A heated pool in December was a definite plus and the kids swam daily despite some cooler temperatures. Just of note, there are quite a lot of stairs in the home which could be a little tough for some depending on mobility issues. There is one bedroom on the ground level with a half bath which we found helpful. Overall, we really loved this house and it definitely deserves 5 stars!

The house was incredibly cozy, and Jared and Joshu had meticulously attended to every tiny detail. Each room is well-lit, impeccably clean, and exudes a refreshing atmosphere. The house's unique design provides ample privacy, particularly with the master suite cleverly secluded on the top level. Due to heavy rains, we could not use the pool or the grill. Nevertheless, sitting poolside with friends and enjoying hot chocolate was a delightful way to spend a rainy day! The beach, just a 10-minute walk away, is truly picturesque and serene. The house is exceptionally well-equipped, featuring a kitchen stocked with gadgets, heavy-duty cutlery, and a comprehensive set of pots and pans. Every bathroom was meticulously cleaned and supplied with essential items. The garage offers a variety of options for pool-related entertainment, and it conveniently accommodates parking for five large vehicles. This home, along with Josh and Jared's outstanding hosting, deserves a 6* rating.

I can't say enough about how great this place was for my group of 17. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, an amazing pool with an outdoor Sonos system. Walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. I travel with the same group of friends every year for a getaway, and everyone agrees this years Airbnb is the best we've stayed at. I will definitely book again if we vacation in NE FL in the future.

They had so much beach equipment and tons of accommodations for small children. Great family stay. The only con was the walk to the beach required you to carry wagons up and down stairs but it wasn’t that much of a con for us because we just used it as a workout before the beach! The home has a fantastic open and spacious layout for four families. The bedrooms were nicely appointed. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a vacation rental. Teens had a great hang out space away from parents. The weather was gorgeous so we mostly enjoyed the outdoor space. The patio has a perfect layout with covered space, including part of the pool, and the outdoor fireplace added a relaxing ambiance. The pool house was a great coffee bar in the mornings and board game area in the evenings. The beach accessories - towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. were great for our out of state guests who couldn’t bring their own. Everything was fantastic. The only area of improvement might be in providing access to bulk soap and toilet paper for refilling as the cleaners had not refilled and nearly everything was empty.

The place was HUGE. Perfect for the two families that went. Place was clean. House was prepared for guests with plenty of beach and bath towels, things for the beach, everything you would need for the kitchen, plenty of TV's and extra space for everyone to have their own areas and relax. There was a newer public beach access that was only two blocks away, which made getting to the beach very convenient. You do have to cross A1A, which is busy, but we never had to wait. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Jared was always responsive and getting in and leaving was easy. Great house to stay in!
