Heat the pool for a fee - $40/day or $200/week
Guests will have access to the whole house and pool area, make yourselves at home.
Pool fence: we have a pool fence that is available for install if you have small children. Let us know in advance and we can install it for $175 for your stay.

July 2026We loved this place because it perfectly fit our needs. The walk to the ocean is more like 15-20 minutes but there is a good parking lot at the beach entrance so from the parking lot to beach is the advertised 5 minutes walk. The pool was a big attraction for all ages. Our 6the grade grandson loved sleeping in the hammock room. The outside shower with hot water was very refreshing after returning from the Atlantic. Relatively quiet neighborhood.

The pool was definitely a hit for everyone and worth the extra fee to have the it heated since it was a little windy during our stay. Overall we love everything about it.
