We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect and was an easy walk to the beach, which made it super convenient and relaxing. The house itself had plenty of room and space for everyone to spread out comfortably. the garage setup with ping pong and darts was fun. Everything was comfortable and well laid out, and the place worked great for our group. Would definitely stay here again.

Jared’s place was an incredible short term stay for our large group. There were plenty of towels, activities, space, dishware, and cutlery which made everything easy and comfortable. The heated pool and fireplace created the perfect vibe and quickly became our favorite part of the house. Jared was an outstanding host with incredibly fast response times and genuine hospitality throughout our stay. The house is just a five minute walk from the beach which was perfect for catching sunrise, and about a twenty five minute drive from downtown. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to coming back.

There were many things we appreciated about this house. Several separate living / hang out spaces, pool/beach items provided, walking distance to the beach, good ac/heating systems (we used both), and comfortable beds. There were a few things that could be improved upon (darts were all broken, lack of blackout blinds, not enough hooks for a beach house, and some interesting/unfinished handiwork in some areas). If those things get addressed we would happily stay again! (Also, we paid to have the pool heated and our kids were happily swimming in 55 degree weather....definitely worth it!)

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was large, comfortable, and perfect for accommodating our entire group. The pool was a fun place to relax and spend time together, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward. Overall, a great place to stay.

Our group had a nice stay at Jared's place. Host was very responsive and instructions were clear. Place was very spacious, plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group. Pool was nice and clean though a bit small for the whole group. Location was ~ 15 min drive to the main town of St. Augustine. However, was quiet, felt safe. <5 min walk to the beautiful beach! We loved our stay! The house was perfect for the large family trip- plenty of space for kids and adults to hang. The pool was a fun feature and the whole crew really enjoyed the garage game room space! Jared was very informative, responsive when we have questions or minor concerns, and accommodating to our needs. The location of this property was amazing- walkable to the beach or a very short drive to carry chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. The house was very well stocked- we brought our own small items like trash bags assuming we’d need them but everything seemed to be thought of as it was already there! The only thing that could be added is more/larger baking sheets since we had a large group, the same sheets took extra time to cook. Other than that, no complaints. We would certainly rebook!
