Joshua Van Dyke brings his passion for hospitality from the restaurant industry, where he thrives on creating memorable experiences for guests. He loves nothing more than hosting, spending quality time with family and friends, and making sure everyone feels right at home. Jared Van Dyke, with his wife Colleen, bring their expertise in construction and design, with a keen eye for detail and high standards in every aspect of our properties. Known for their adventurous spirit and ability to fix just about anything, Jared and Colleen make sure everything is perfect for your stay. We were visiting with 4 generations of my family. Not a wild bunch at all. But as life is, we had an accidental break while attempting to play volleyball. I notified Joshua immediately and he could not have been any more understanding. This happened our first morning and he truly helped me relax without worry for the rest of our stay! Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely loved this spot. We could walk to coffee, restaurants and shopping. Joshua and his crew were great at communicating, friendly and the space was perfect for two people. Hope to stay again in the future! Love the LPH!!

I had one last time to spend time with old friends before moving overseas and this place had the most I could have hoped for. Seeing the intracoastal waters glimmering from the living room is incredible, the 2nd story balcony is very spacious as well as the deck below, and the fire pit with chairs was a great hangout spot. The place was generously stocked with kitchen odds and ends and beach towels, you had a foldout couch upstairs and downstairs, water pressure was good for the beach, and the driveway is really spacious. There were beach chairs already there and all kinds of stuff I didn't expect to be provided. The boats and golf cart are really extra and we didn't even use either but it would have been nice. Walking to the beach access was not bad at all even in the peak summer temps, and there's a gas station right there on the walk too, so I think it's well worth it to try something different and enjoy the intracoastal property even if your main destination is the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great. We were walking distance to coffee, shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The space was comfortable and charming, and we especially loved the outdoor bathtubs. The only downside was a musty smell and some visible mold/mildew on the ceiling. I also reached out to the host about it but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. Overall, we really enjoyed the property and its location and would happily recommend it with those things addressed.
