Cozy cottage for 2. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the historic district. Nice neighborhood of beautiful, older homes.

We had a wonderful stay at Joshua’s place. As a family of 14, the two houses worked out fantastic with everyone having their own spaces. The location could not have been better and our grandchildren had a great time in the pool, game room, and watching TV outdoors from the pool was a big deal. Very walkable to see the sites of St Augustine. Having amble off street parking was a huge benefit. Joshua and Jared were both great hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend their place to anyone traveling with a big group wanting to explore and enjoy the area but also have some relaxing time in the beautiful backyard and pool area.

We booked Jared’s place after a scam on another rental platform, and do be honest, I was a little fearful to book something again. The reviews for this property were excellent, and there a lot of them, so I went for it, and I’m so glad I did. The house was even more beautiful in person. The master suite was gorgeous and the perfect restful space for my husband and me after a day out at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with many sizes of pots, pans, baking dishes, and cutlery which made cooking so easy. My kids loved playing in the back yard, and the golf cart was a fun bonus to get us back and forth to the beach. All beach gear (chairs, toys, coolers, etc) was in the garage to use. It was a great week and we would rent this property again. Highly recommend it!

Everything was wonderful :) had everything we needed! Loved the coffee and tea provided :) the outdoor tubs were perfect for cooling off in the day or warming up at night :)

Cute place about 20minute walk from main st Augustine attractions. Perfect space for two people to stay, however outside furniture did have mold/dirt/pollen layer making it challenging to enjoy outside area. Hosts were very flexible with check in /checkout times which was much appreciated.
