Beautiful home with outstanding view & access to the Intracoastal. Watch dolphins play, yachts cruise by or catch the sunset from the dock. If you're feeling adventurous, jump on a kayak or paddle board & explore the quaint islands nearby. If the ocean is calling, take a 2 min ride with the included 6 seater golf cart (must sign waiver) & drive right on to Crescent beach. Grab a surf or boogie board for some extra excitement!
Primary Bedroom: King Bed with Sleep Number mattress, 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed, 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, 4th Bedroom, 2 sets of bunkbeds, Sofa couch in living room with pull out queen size bed. Fully equipped, SS appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster. Outside: kayaks, paddle boards, firepit, elevated deck over water, 6 seater golf cart (must sign waiver), 5 min walk or 2 min drive to beach, 20 min drive to downtown St Augustine.

September 2026Wonderful home with all the amenities you would need for a large group beach vacation. It's nice that it was away from the hustle and bustle of St. Augustine proper, didn't take more than 25-30 minutes of travel time to touristy things that we wanted to see or do. Our main priority was quiet and beach time and that was exactly what we got!

August 2026I had one last time to spend time with old friends before moving overseas and this place had the most I could have hoped for. Seeing the intracoastal waters glimmering from the living room is incredible, the 2nd story balcony is very spacious as well as the deck below, and the fire pit with chairs was a great hangout spot. The place was generously stocked with kitchen odds and ends and beach towels, you had a foldout couch upstairs and downstairs, water pressure was good for the beach, and the driveway is really spacious. There were beach chairs already there and all kinds of stuff I didn't expect to be provided. The boats and golf cart are really extra and we didn't even use either but it would have been nice. Walking to the beach access was not bad at all even in the peak summer temps, and there's a gas station right there on the walk too, so I think it's well worth it to try something different and enjoy the intracoastal property even if your main destination is the beach.

July 2026Jared’s airbnb was exceptional. It was the perfect place for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The home included everything we needed and the golf cart when provided quicker access to the beach was a plus. Highly recommend for girls trip or family vacation.

It was one of the nicest AirBnBs we’ve stayed in due to the beautiful location and the added bonus of the kayaks, paddle boards and the golf cart. It was a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Jared was very responsive and provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We will definitely stay in this immaculate, spacious home again.

July 2026Jared’s house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very user friendly. The view from the upstairs bedrooms was incredible. My wife couldn’t have been happier with how clean the house was. The grill was even spotless. The dock is a great way to end the day. The sunsets were beautiful, we caught multiple species of fish and saw manatee, sea turtles and dolphins. They have everything you need for a day at the beach, they even have kayaks and paddle boards for exploring the intracoastal waters. Lastly, the golf cart is a GAME CHANGER. Just load all your beach gear and drive right to your spot, no dragging coolers and chairs through the sand. If you’re booking in advance or looking for a last minute trip this place will not disappoint. We would definitely return. P.S….I never leave reviews, but felt the need to on this one.

June 2026Once again, this house did not disappoint!! We absolutely LOVED the private dock and fished daily. We caught flounder this trip, enjoyed watching dolphin and manatee from the dock, and had a sea turtle we called “Spike” who came to visit daily. The use of the golf cart to get on the beach is a definite plus. Thanks, Jared, for hosting our family a second year in a row!!

June 2026Wow is how I will start off, as in first book I f wasn’t sure about no being on the beach, but everyone had a great time sitting outside by a fire at. Night listening to music and ai go f and wat hi f boats pass in the morning having coffee! Rhe gold cart was of great use for the beach! We had so much fun we stayed an extra night!
