Crescent Retreat, Sleeps 12, Beautiful water views

We had a fantastic stay in St Augustine. The house was perfect for our family. It was one of the nicest AirBnBs we’ve stayed in due to the beautiful location and the added bonus of the kayaks, paddle boards and the golf cart. It was a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Jared was very responsive and provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We will definitely stay in this immaculate, spacious home again.

Jared’s house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very user friendly. The view from the upstairs bedrooms was incredible. My wife couldn’t have been happier with how clean the house was. The grill was even spotless. The dock is a great way to end the day. The sunsets were beautiful, we caught multiple species of fish and saw manatee, sea turtles and dolphins. They have everything you need for a day at the beach, they even have kayaks and paddle boards for exploring the intracoastal waters. Lastly, the golf cart is a GAME CHANGER. Just load all your beach gear and drive right to your spot, no dragging coolers and chairs through the sand. If you’re booking in advance or looking for a last minute trip this place will not disappoint. We would definitely return. P.S….I never leave reviews, but felt the need to on this one.

Once again, this house did not disappoint!! We absolutely LOVED the private dock and fished daily. We caught flounder this trip, enjoyed watching dolphin and manatee from the dock, and had a sea turtle we called “Spike” who came to visit daily. The use of the golf cart to get on the beach is a definite plus. Thanks, Jared, for hosting our family a second year in a row!!

Wow is how I will start off, as in first book I f wasn’t sure about no being on the beach, but everyone had a great time sitting outside by a fire at. Night listening to music and ai go f and wat hi f boats pass in the morning having coffee! Rhe gold cart was of great use for the beach! We had so much fun we stayed an extra night!

We took my husband's family for a few days away. Everything was perfect. Our favorite part of the house was watching the wildlife from the dock. The only thing I would note is that the only bedroom downstairs is the master king bedroom/bath. This wasn't an issue, but we had to make some adjustments since my in-laws couldn't navigate the steps. If you are considering this house, stop scrolling and book it!

Jared’s place looked exactly like the photos and had ample space for our family of six. And he was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home truly feels comfortable and welcoming. And needless to say, being over the water is a plus, even if you just enjoy the views.

This was our second year staying at Jared’s place and we hope to return next year or sooner. This has become our favorite vacation spot. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and well stocked with all the basic necessities and more. You feel right at home. The views of the Matanzas river and sunsets are beautiful. Great fishing from the dock. We saw dolphins swimming by daily as well as manatees and sea turtles. For the fisherman there is a bait shop just up the road with the most friendly and helpful staff. The golf cart is accessible and great to ride to the beach area just across the road or to the ice cream shop just up the road. Jared is a great host and very responsive.

We had the BEST time here! We came to St. Augustine to celebrate my son graduating from college and for our annual family beach trip, and we truly could not have picked a better place to stay. We saw manatees, dolphins, and sea turtles, caught lots of fish, and enjoyed the most incredible sunsets. The kayaks were a huge hit, and we especially loved having the golf cart to drive to the beach every day. This place made our trip even more special, and we made memories we’ll never forget.
