If you're feeling adventurous, jump on a kayak or paddle board & explore the quaint islands nearby. If the ocean is calling, take a 2 min ride with the included 6 seater golf cart (must sign waiver) & drive right on to Crescent beach. Grab a surf or boogie board for some extra excitement!
Primary Bedroom: King Bed with Sleep Number mattress, 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed, 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, 4th Bedroom, 2 sets of bunkbeds, Sofa couch in living room with pull out queen size bed. Fully equipped, SS appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster. Outside: kayaks, paddle boards, firepit, elevated deck over water, 6 seater golf cart (must sign waiver), 5 min walk or 2 min drive to beach, 20 min drive to downtown St Augustine.

Great location, perfect for a relaxing vacation. We were able to see dolphins and manatees, enjoyed fires with beautiful sunsets, and the golf cart made for a quick & easy trips over to the beach and bait shop. No complaints!!

We booked Jared’s place after a scam on another rental platform, and do be honest, I was a little fearful to book something again. The reviews for this property were excellent, and there a lot of them, so I went for it, and I’m so glad I did. The house was even more beautiful in person. The master suite was gorgeous and the perfect restful space for my husband and me after a day out at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with many sizes of pots, pans, baking dishes, and cutlery which made cooking so easy. My kids loved playing in the back yard, and the golf cart was a fun bonus to get us back and forth to the beach. All beach gear (chairs, toys, coolers, etc) was in the garage to use. It was a great week and we would rent this property again. Highly recommend it!

Loved all the fun! Everything you need in one spot. The view was so beautiful, driving on the beach, ice cream shop. All of the space was perfect for a party of 7. Enough space for everyone to relax, spread out and enjoy. Backyard and fire pit with s’mores was fun. Our only downer was the extremely low temperatures over spring break and high winds. St Augustine is right up the road and we did a nighttime ghost tour as well as explored the area. Rented and rode bikes at Anastasia Beach. Loved getting a daily visit from the bald eagle who loves to perch in a nearby tree. You can see from the dock. We need to come back so we can do more of water stuff and enjoy a warmer beach .

We had a great stay here. The location is great. Close enough to St Augustine but still off the beaten path and felt isolated. Great deck and dock space. We used the provided 2 kayaks and rented 2 more just 100 yards up from the property. You just have to kayak around high tide as the mud flats are wide at low tide. Clean and stocked place with no drama. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again should the opportunity arrive.

We've just returned from an incredible 3-week stay at this stunning home and can't wait to leave a 5-star review! The views from nearly every room are spectacular, and we enjoyed watching sunsets, paddling on the river (when tides and winds allowed), and spotting wildlife like dolphins, pelicans, osprey and other tropical birds. We loved using the golf cart on the beach – what a blast! The home's comforts, like the cozy living room furniture, fully stocked kitchen, and excellent heating and air conditioning (total control upstairs and down) was perfect for family and friends. We loved exploring local walking trails and eats, including a fantastic nearby Cuban restarant for breakfast and Mexican and Thai restaurants for dinners. Plus, there is a ton to do and see in downtown St. Augustine- we barely scratched the surface. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Love the house and the location. Walkable to a beautiful beach, located in a beautiful setting with the guarantee of fabulous sunsets by the water. The master bedroom and bathroom are super comfortable and the house is very well equipped. Easy access to St Augustine, restaurants and grocery shopping.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious, quiet, the heat worked great during the few unusually cold days, a beautiful view of the Intercoastal Waterway, and spectacular sunsets. Jared was a fantastic host. The home and views were absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in an Air BnB that was so well stocked with things to do. There were fishing rods, boogie boards, and beach games as well as kayaks and paddle boards. For anyone wanting to enjoy Old Florida while staying close to St. Augustine, this is 100% the place to book!
