Meet your Hosts: Joshua & Jared Van Dyke

Welcome to our family-run vacation homes, hosted by brothers Joshua and Jared Van Dyke. Together, we’ve created spaces designed with family getaways in mind, ensuring you have everything you need for a fun and comfortable vacation.

 

Joshua Van Dyke brings his passion for hospitality from the restaurant industry, where he thrives on creating memorable experiences for guests. He loves nothing more than hosting, spending quality time with family and friends, and making sure everyone feels right at home.

 

Jared Van Dyke, with his wife Colleen, bring their expertise in construction and design, with a keen eye for detail and high standards in every aspect of our properties. Known for their adventurous spirit and ability to fix just about anything, Jared and Colleen make sure everything is perfect for your stay.

 

As fathers of four children each, we know what it takes to make a family vacation special. That’s why our properties are large, accommodating, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. We look forward to hosting your next adventure!

We really enjoyed staying at Jared’s place. We absolutely loved the location and the views of the lighthouse for sunrise. My boys also loved the game room and heated pool. The host was excellent to communicate with and the beds were also very comfortable. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the ramp and elevator. The soap in the shower was also very nice. Highly recommend this place.

Great place for a large group. The property is beautiful and a great set up with the outdoor entertaining/hang out area. Perfect location, very close/walkable to downtown and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating.

10 out of 5 stars! We debated between hotels and picked this on a whim and beyond happy we did! A place that immediately feels like home when you walk in. It’s meant to make you feel that way and still be within walking distance of downtown and the best attractions. We got there and the neighbors said a friendly hello as we sat outside and enjoyed the rest of the evening on the welcoming and super sweet set up! The mattress too is by far better than anything you’ll find in a hotel. I told my partner I hate writing this and giving away all the goodies to this spot, but it is well deserved and we will absolutely be back for our next weekend getaway… to this exact location. Thank you Josh and for making the Little Pink House feel like we made one of the best choices of the weekend in what could be rather stressful.

The location is amazing, just 5mins away from the beach on the provided golf cart, and about 20mins away from the city. We enjoyed the stay very much and highly recommend it for big groups.

Beautiful property and very clean. Great privacy considering the location, and a quick and easy walk to downtown. Plenty of off road parking and the chickens were a very entertaining bonus.
